In addition, I authorize the JROTC instructor to sign the registration card on my behalf at organized orienteering events and agree to the below waiver of liability:

As a condition for participating in orienteering events, I hereby release Florida Orienteering also known as FLO, Suncoast Orienteering, and each of it’s officers employee's, members and others who have planned or will participate in these events from liability for any personal injury or property damage that may occur as a result of participation in these events, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, and I hereby indemnify Florida Orienteering/FLO, Suncoast Orienteering and each of their officers and employee’s and any organizations or authorities sponsoring the event from any liability for injury or damage or expense caused by my child.
